The origins of our organisation can be traced back to 2012, when industry veteran Peter Hillman formed PH Insurance Recruitment. Since then, we have been at the forefront of innovation; developing and changing the shape of our business to meet market needs and expectations. Our business has evolved, and our services now include (re)insurance returnship. In January 2025, we rebranded the existing PH Insurance Recruitment business to better reflect the shape of the company, and Hillman Associates was born. Our original beliefs and aims still hold true today. By placing the best people with the right skill sets, we can protect and enhance our clients’ business.
